What is Timebank?
Timebank Lincoln deals with an alternative currency - time; not money.
For every hour you spend helping someone, you are entitled to an hours
help in return. It's about neighbours helping neighbours.
Timebank Lincoln enables you to use your everyday skills to benefit
others!
Help can be in many forms - performing practical tasks, befriending
someone, running errands or even gardening!
For every hour you volunteer, you earn a time credit.
What can you do with your time credits?
- Spend them on getting some help.
- Save them for future use.
- Exchange them for time at the gym, connexions points and many other things!
- Donate them to someone else.
